Day 1 of 43
Today nutrition was back to normal. I left the cable for my camera at home so i'll be uploading today's pictures tomorrow.

Day 0 of 43
Today will be a day for me to get my nutrition back on track and plan carefully what kind of exercises I'll be doing for the next 43 days.

The past 2 weeks have been a total mess. But today I have decided to get back on track and start 43 day mission. The point of this mission is to lose as much fat as possible without compromising muscle mass or strength. Today will be day 0. I'll start posting pictures again on day 1.

aaaaaaaaaaaaghhhhh!!!!!
I fell apart today, as i felt that i wasnt making any progress i decided to pig out and eat as much as i could. Im just going to leave today behind and forget about it, tomorrow i'll be starting another 14 day period of eating clean, but this time, every third day i will do a higher intake of calories, still clean food, but a higher intake...... i hope i don t fall apart again AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Eating clean day 10 of 14
Well technically since it is passed 12 it is day 10, but the pics are from day 9:

Here is also a pic of my fridge, I decided to cook 24 meals for the whole week.. that does not include the 2 morning meals...

Having cooked all the meals in advanced is really going to help me a lot, i'll be able to do more school work and workout more.... Im just trying to catch up with adam before he goes way down into the single digits of body fat. Well, I know he can because he has done it before, but i'm sure i've never been that low. In about a week and a half I'll be able to focus more on my diet and working for about a week and a half, but after that i'll be going back home to miami and i dont know how thats going to turn out.

Eating clean day 6 of 14
Day 6 of 14 and feeling good, I had a good workout today. After going to the weightroom and lifting (legs) and cardio, i went outside with some of the football guys to do some sprints. I know my legs are going to be killing me tomorrow, but its ok, its gonna be my day off to catch up with school work. here are the pics for today:

Eating clean day 4 of 14
I woke up early again,,,, (i've been up for about 4 hours now) today is tuesday, that means i'm focusing mainly on lower body , core, and cardio....... if anybody knows of a good core workout please let me know because the one i've been doing is getting old and im getting adjusted to it...

Eating clean day 3
Day 3 is almost over and i feel good, i havent had any cravings for anything. I really wanna see how much eating clean can help in 14 days.

I WOKE UP EARLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it feels weird walking outside this early. That was my mini goal for the day, waking up early. Everything else (eating, working out) will happen out of habit. I'll post pics tonight

still day 2 of 14
well day 2 is about to be over, now I can actually say 12 more to go..... Today I even got me a little bit of cardio in. Lets see how this week goes when I work out for real and eat clean...
Eating clean, day 2 of 14
Today is day two of my 14 days of eating clean. I didnt wake up early(again), but i've been eating clean, also for the next 14 days i'll be working on a 60 page paper i have to write for school. The paper is not due for another month, but having to write the paper gives me a reason to wake up early. Well, i'm half way through day 2, 12 more to go....

Eating clean day 1 of 14
Today I decided to start two weeks of extra clean eating, and by that I mean zero cheat meals. I wanna see how much progress I can make by july 7th. Day 1 is almost over, 13 more to go. I'll post a picture tomorrow.

After a long weekend of eating like a pig and not working out, I started my routine of eating healthy and working out. I don't know if it was all the eating, or taking a break from exercising, but today I was stronger than ever in the weight room. I was able to do more reps with more weight. For the rest of the week I'm going to add some extra cardio sessions to make up for all the extra junk food that I ate.

Well, today I went to get my body fat tested hydrostatically and the results were:
Total weight: 185.5 lbs
Body Fat: 17.3%
Weigh of body fat: 32.2 lbs
Lean body mass percentage: 82.65%
Weight of lean Body Mass: 153.3
I'm just starting to blog the process now, but I've been working out for maybe a month now.
