After a long weekend of eating like a pig and not working out, I started my routine of eating healthy and working out. I don't know if it was all the eating, or taking a break from exercising, but today I was stronger than ever in the weight room. I was able to do more reps with more weight. For the rest of the week I'm going to add some extra cardio sessions to make up for all the extra junk food that I ate.
